Pre-purchase consultations

This service is provided to help a potential property-purchaser make a well informed choice before making a commitment. It is invaluable if you are looking for an unbiased opinion.

The consultation is usually done on-site. We look at the property and its possible potential and how much various repairs and changes will cost.

We also look at council requirements, if you are thinking of renovating or doing a 'knock-down-rebuild'. We take into account neighbours, structural issues and aesthetics.

AED can also undertake studies on surrounding developments - existing or proposed - and let you know how these may affect the property's value and warn you of potential longer term issues.
